# Overview

Accompanying this tool is a field survey that allows local staff to take the data exported from this tool do more in-depth, on-site analysis about siting a BMP. The questions collect information about existing infrastructure and visible conditions of the site.

The survey can be found by clicking on [this link](https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/8086bcbdfaf240d898531f4d07a346c6?portalUrl=https://metroboston.maps.arcgis.com).

The survey is built within Survey123 and can be copied to town ArcGIS Online accounts for internal use. Alternatively, surveyors can utilize MAPC's version and email <dataservices@mapc.org> to get access to survey results.
