Page 2 of the survey fills in data for the unique response.โ€‹ User will provide name and weather descriptionโ€‹. Click on the point on the map or allow location. Be sure to verify that the GPS location is correct before continuing. โ€‹

After selecting a point, data will auto populate from the parcel map used in the MS4 GI Equity Map Tool. This data can be edited in the field box if necessary or desired before continuing to the next page. โ€‹

Page 3 records observations about the surrounding conditions of the parcel not directly related to the BMP infrastructure potentially to be sited. โ€‹Traffic, uses, and landscaping are the primary concerns of this section.โ€‹ Before continuing, respondents will have the option of taking a picture of landscaping that will be saved in the output data setโ€‹

Page 4 focuses on existing stormwater and utility infrastructure and other ecological features not captured in the Potential Sites dataset.โ€‹ Questions will generally ask if there evidence of a certain feature, what types of evidence, and leave options for other or notes. โ€‹ The final questions address the opportunities at the site, a ranking of potential and estimation of feasibility from construction challenges.โ€‹ Date and time will auto-populate, when finished click submit. โ€‹
