Overview
A critical aspect of this project is to embed equity considerations into the planning, decision-making, and construction processes for green infrastructure projects. In this project, we approach it in two ways:
Including equity-related criteria into the tool to encourage equitable siting of green infrastructure projects; and
Developing recommendations about how to center equity in the broader lifecycle (design, build, maintenance) of a typical green infrastructure project.
