Introduction
The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) partnered with five municipalities representing different local watersheds, and several watershed and community-based organizations, to build an online, interactive site assessment tool for green infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on equity. The resulting Green Stormwater Infrastructure Site Assessment Tool will help municipalities meet MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) requirements and reduce stormwater pollution. Specifically, this tool addresses a Year 5 requirement outlined in Section 2.3.6.d of the βSmall MS4 General Permit.β
